The administrator of personal data is Videlink Sp. z o.o., Plac Inwalidów 10, 01-552 Warszawa, Poland.
Any entity using the website is a user.  

What information does our website collect about you and how can we use it?

Our website will use (as well as collect information) about visitors to our website only to the extent necessary to provide the highest level of service. In individual cases, we may collect information about you, such as your e-mail address or personal and address data (e.g. in the case of surveys or contact form surveys). None of the above information will be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those necessary to perform the order/service etc. IP addresses of our users are used in such cases as diagnosis of problems related to the operation of our server/security breach analysis or in connection with the management of our website. Your IP address may also be used to collect or identify demographic information from people who visit our website. In special cases, we may permit the preparation of aggregate reports/general thematic summaries, which will be disclosed to third parties (the summaries do not contain data allowing identification of website users).

We may pass on the data we collect to third parties when these third parties provide us with: services related to the operation of our website, services related to the performance of contracts concluded through our website, services related to the collection of statistical data, or marketing services (in the form of remarketing). In any such case, the basis for the transfer of data shall be that the external body guarantees the confidentiality of the data stored in its databases.

We may transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area only if we have a contract with a service provider located outside the European Economic Area. In each such case, we check whether the third country ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data.

Our website does not monitor or verify the age of your community. Contact information from visitors to our website (such as your e-mail address) is used for the purpose for which it was collected. Minors should not send any information or subscribe to the services provided by our site without the knowledge of their parents or guardians.

We are committed to protecting any information you disclose to us in accordance with our security and confidentiality standards. You may also request that your personal data be transferred to another entity.

You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing operations carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
